These terms govern your use of Aim Training (the “Game”) and of this website. The Game is made by an individual developer (“we”, “us”). By playing the Game or using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
1. What you may do
We grant you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable licence to play the Game for your own private, non‑commercial enjoyment. The Game is provided free of charge and we may change, suspend or withdraw it, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice.
2. What you may not do
- copy, sell, rent, sub‑licence, redistribute or host the Game, or any part of it, except where the Game is embedded by a platform we have published it on;
- reverse‑engineer, decompile or modify the Game, except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits it despite this restriction;
- use cheats, automation, scripts or modified clients to submit scores, or otherwise interfere with the Game, its leaderboards or the platforms that host it;
- use the Game unlawfully, or in a way that harms or attempts to harm anyone.
3. No warranty
The Game and this website are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non‑infringement.
We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, timely, error‑free or secure, that defects will be corrected, that it will run on any particular device or browser, that saved data or scores will be preserved, or that using it will improve your performance in any other game. The Game is a practice tool, not advice, coaching or a guarantee of any result.
4. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, nor for any loss of data, loss of saved progress or scores, loss of profits, loss of opportunity or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the Game or this website, whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or any other theory, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Game and this website is limited to JPY 1,000, or the amount you have actually paid us for the Game in the twelve months before the claim arose, whichever is greater. The Game is free, so in ordinary circumstances that amount is zero.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. If you are a consumer, you keep all the rights that the mandatory consumer‑protection law of your country gives you, and nothing here affects them.
5. Health and comfort
A very small number of people may experience seizures when exposed to flashing lights or patterns, including in video games. If you have a history of seizures or epilepsy, consult a doctor before playing. Stop playing immediately and seek medical advice if you experience dizziness, altered vision, eye or muscle twitching, disorientation, or involuntary movement.
Aim training involves repeated small movements. Take regular breaks, and stop if you feel pain, numbness, tingling or fatigue in your hands, wrists, arms or eyes. See a qualified professional if symptoms persist. You play at your own risk and are responsible for your own health.
The Game offers a Reduce flashes setting and follows your system’s reduced‑motion preference. These reduce, but do not remove, flashing and movement.
6. Platforms, advertising and other services
The Game is distributed through game portals and stores that we do not control. Your use of those platforms is governed by their terms and their privacy policies. Advertising shown around or inside the Game is served by those platforms and their partners, and we are not responsible for the content of any advertisement or for anything you obtain from an advertiser. Leaderboards, cloud saves and sign‑in are provided by those platforms and may change or stop working at any time.
Links from this website to other websites are provided for convenience. We do not endorse them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
7. Your data
Your settings, scores and statistics are stored on your own device. We do not back them up and cannot restore them. Clearing your browser data, using a private window, changing device or reinstalling may lose them permanently. See the Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual property
The Game, its code and its design are ours or our licensors’. The Game includes
third‑party assets and libraries used under their own licences; those are listed in
the Game’s credits screen and in the THIRD_PARTY_LICENSES.txt file
shipped with the Game, and remain the property of their respective owners. All trade marks
are the property of their respective owners, and their appearance does not imply any
affiliation with or endorsement of the Game.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the Game changes or as the law requires. The date at the top shows when they were last revised. Continuing to use the Game after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws rules, and the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for any dispute arising out of them. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of your country of residence, nor of the right to bring proceedings in the courts there where that law so provides.
11. General
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force and the unenforceable provision applies to the maximum extent permitted. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Game.
12. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent through our contact form. The form is hosted by Google Forms; see the Privacy Policy for how that is handled.
