Aim Training

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 3 September 2026 · Effective: 3 September 2026

Aim Training (the “Game”) is a browser and desktop aim trainer operated by an individual developer (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what information the Game and this website handle, and what they do not.

The short version. The Game has no user accounts, no sign-up, no payments, no chat and no servers of our own. Your settings, your scores and your statistics are stored on your own device. We do not collect, sell or share personal information. Where you play the Game on someone else’s platform — a game portal or a store — that platform handles some data under its own privacy policy, not this one.

1. Who this policy covers

This policy applies to:

It does not apply to the platforms that host or distribute the Game, to advertising networks used by those platforms, or to any other website you may reach from here. Those are controlled by other companies and have their own privacy policies. See section 5.

2. Information we do not collect

We do not ask for, and the Game does not send us:

We operate no server that receives gameplay data. This website is a set of static files and does not run analytics, tracking pixels or advertising of its own, and sets no cookies.

3. Information stored on your device

So that the Game can remember your settings and your progress, it writes data to storage on the device you play on — browser local storage on the web, or a file on your computer in the desktop version. This data stays on your device unless the platform you play on syncs it (see section 5).

What Why
Settings: sensitivity, field of view, crosshair, key bindings, controller and touch options, audio volumes, quality level So the Game plays the way you set it up.
Records: your best score and recent score history for each drill, weapon and input device To show your best result and whether you are improving.
Counters: how many drills you started, finished and quit; totals for shots, hits and time played To fill in the statistics screen. These are counted and kept on your device only, and are never transmitted to us.
A note of which one‑time hints you have already seen So the Game does not show the same tip twice.

None of this identifies you. It is not linked to a name, an email address, an advertising identifier or an IP address by us.

Removing it

The Game has an Erase all records button in Settings → Data that deletes the stored settings, records and counters. You can also clear the data yourself through your browser’s settings for the site, or by deleting the desktop version’s save files. If the platform you play on has synced a copy, remove it through that platform.

4. Web server logs

This website is served by Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes ordinary request information — such as IP address, the page requested, browser type and timestamp — in order to deliver the page and to protect the service from abuse. We do not use this information to identify visitors, and we do not combine it with anything else. Cloudflare’s handling of that data is described in its own privacy policy at https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/.

5. Platforms the Game is distributed on

The Game is published through game portals and stores. When you play there, that platform — not us — decides how your data is handled, and its privacy policy governs. Depending on the platform, it may:

Please read the privacy policy of the platform you are playing on. If you would rather not have a platform hold your data, you can play without signing in, in which case the Game keeps everything on your device.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

Neither this website nor the Game sets cookies for advertising, analytics or tracking. The Game uses your browser’s local storage for the purposes in section 3, which is strictly necessary for the Game to remember your own settings and scores. Where the Game is embedded in a portal, that portal and its advertising partners may set cookies of their own; that is outside our control and outside this policy.

7. Children

The Game is suitable for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and, as set out above, we do not collect personal information from anyone. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us through the form in section 12 and we will delete it.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information — for example under the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation, or the California Consumer Privacy Act — including the right to access, correct, delete or port it, to object to or restrict its processing, and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

Because we hold no personal information about you, there is generally nothing for us to retrieve, correct or delete: the data described in section 3 is already under your own control and you can erase it at any time. We do not sell or share personal information and we do not engage in targeted advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of with us. If your data is held by a platform you played on, please direct your request to that platform. You may still contact us using the form in section 12 and we will help where we can.

Where any processing does take place, our legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing and securing the Game and this website.

9. Retention

We keep no personal information, so we have no retention period to apply. The data in section 3 stays on your device until you erase it. Server logs held by our host are retained for the period set out in that host’s own policy.

10. Security

This website is served over HTTPS. Because we do not receive or hold your personal information, there is no store of it for us to lose. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee the security of systems operated by third parties, including the platforms and hosts described above.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Game changes or as the law requires. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. If a change is significant, we will make it apparent on this page. Continuing to use the Game after a change means you accept the updated policy.

12. Contact

Questions about this policy, or a request under section 8, can be sent through our contact form. We are an individual developer, not a company, and we will answer as soon as we reasonably can.

The form is hosted by Google Forms. Anything you type into it — including a reply address, if you choose to give one — is processed by Google on our behalf and is used only to answer you. Google’s handling of that data is described in its own privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy. You do not have to give us your name, and you do not need a Google account to send the form.

This page describes how information is handled. It is not a warranty and does not create obligations beyond those the law imposes. The Game and this website are provided “as is”; see the Terms of Use.
